Give a Filipino Assistant a Sitemap Release Check
A sitemap check confirms that every approved new route appears once on the canonical production domain.

The short answer
A live article can remain difficult to discover when its route is absent from the sitemap. After deployment, a Filipino assistant can compare the approved manifest with the sitemap returned by the canonical domain.
Check each exact route once and watch for the wrong family, old slug, duplicate entry, or noncanonical host. A sitemap response of 200 is only the beginning; the expected URLs must be present in its body.
Do not edit or remove unrelated sitemap entries during a dated release. If generation comes from the content collection, send missing routes back to the code owner with the manifest comparison.
Keep the response time and deployed commit with the check. A later deployment can change the sitemap even when the article route still works.
Test the sitemap release check on a small batch first. Keep one normal item, one returned item, and one exception in the review sample. Record what changed before expanding the routine.
The assistant can prepare the record and point out gaps. The named manager still decides priorities, unusual customer requests, access changes, payments, policy, and publication.
Build the work lane
- Write the recurring task and its finish rule
- Share an approved example and the source system
- Set response times, approval limits, and escalation rules
- Review a small sample before widening the role
Check the role before you expand it
- Can a new person complete the task from the examples?
- Who reviews the first week and records corrections?
- Which decisions and systems stay with your internal owner?
- What evidence shows the role is ready for another queue?
